Are your caregivers screened, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Every Alight caregiver goes through a thorough screening and training process and is bonded, insured, and ready to provide safe, reliable support.
Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?
No. You can book care in 30-minute increments. We do recommend at least 1 hour per visit so caregivers have enough time to complete tasks.
Many agencies require a 3-hour minimum, but we keep it flexible.
How do I schedule care?
Just give us a call or send us an email. Our friendly team will help you arrange care at times that work best for your family.
How do payments work?
Payments are made monthly and can be set up through pre-authorized debits, major credit or debit cards, prepaid cards, digital wallets, or bank transfers.
If you prefer another method, just let us know. We’ll be glad to help arrange what works best for you.
